Therapy
Now accepting new clients! In-person and telehealth options are available to support your needs.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to consider mental, physical, and environmental impacts on emotional health. Trauma and stress are stored in the body so it is important to incorporate this whole body approach in order lower stress and reduce trauma responses. My goal is not to just alleviate symptoms, but to promote overall well-being in order to increase your ability to self-regulate and effectively manage thoughts and feelings in a healthy way.
Our sessions provide a safe space to explore challenges, gain knowledge, and build skills. I blend proven approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor to your specific needs. Your challenges are unique, and your therapy should be too.
No judgment, only understanding. Reach out today for a free consultation to determine if I could be a good fit for you and your family’s journey.
my approach
My therapeutic approach is deeply client-centered. I trust my clients to guide the sessions, allowing us to explore both their emotional struggles and practical needs. I love equipping clients with practical strategies and resources for immediate use, but my passion lies in doing the hard work of processing through emotional stuck points. I draw from a diverse toolkit to truly tailor my approach to each unique individual, and my evidence-based approaches ensure effectiveness.
My specialities and interests
I enjoy working with children and adults ages 12-30 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I also enjoy working with parents to help them feel confident in parenting while also managing the stresses that come along with that.

“people are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. when i look at a sunset, i don’t find myself saying, ‘soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.’ I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”
